This is for a weight loss consultation in Ohio . If you’re interested in starting either shot at this consultation then you will need to have labs within the last 3 months done & bring the results with you . The labs needed are A1C,CMP and TSH. Please EAT BEFORE your appointment if you want your first shot . Please arrive 10 minutes earlier for paperwork . I will explain the differences in the weight loss shots and your clearance by the dr-pa or np will be done at that time as well .
