Working with the UM Beauty Strategist was a great experience. She was very informative, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process. She always kept me up to date on when I might need my medication and was consistently available to answer questions or provide guidance.

What I appreciated most was how respectful she was of my personal goals. I did not want to stay on the shot long-term—I wanted it as a tool to help boost me in the right direction while I built sustainable habits. She advised me honestly on what that approach would look like and how to do it safely.

Whenever I had questions or experienced something I wasn’t sure about, she reminded me of key things like proper protein intake, electrolytes, and overall self-care during the process. She is very knowledgeable and intentional in how she supports her clients.

My routines and habits have improved significantly, and I’m now maintaining my weight with plans to eventually come off the shot. Overall, the experience was positive, supportive, and aligned with my goals.
